Andy Rouhafzai
Founder and CEO of claimOS. Licensed public adjuster, Texas license #3118729; licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania.

Andy is a three-time claimant turned advocate. Before public adjusting he spent 19 years in enterprise software at Cvent, Movable Ink, and Splash; after his own claims went sideways, he got licensed and built a public adjusting firm from zero to a team handling more than 1,000 claims across Texas. He built claimOS because the software his firm needed did not exist.
claimOS Field Notes is published under his editorial rules: every statistic cites a source, every statute is named by section and year, and a post that misses that bar gets archived rather than patched. The notes are researched and drafted by the claimOS research desk against those rules, with the cited sources listed at the end of every post.
