Data Deletion

claimOS connects to your Instagram business account and Facebook Page through the Meta Graph API for one purpose: to publish content you've approved. We do not collect personal data from your followers or from your Instagram or Facebook audience.

What we store

• The Instagram user ID and Facebook Page ID of the account(s) you connected
• A long-lived access token, used to publish approved posts
• A history of posts we published on your behalf (post ID, timestamp, caption, media reference)

How to request deletion

Email us at admin@claimos.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The Instagram handle or Facebook Page name connected to claimOS
• The email address associated with your claimOS account

We'll remove all stored credentials and publish-history records within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Automatic deletion

• Access tokens automatically expire per Meta's policy (60 days) unless refreshed via active use
• When you disconnect the account from claimOS Settings, we immediately purge stored credentials
• Deleting your Meta app authorization from Meta's settings also purges our credentials on the next refresh cycle
