Customer story

Insurance Claim Hero runs every claim on claimOS.

Insurance Claim Hero is the public adjusting firm where claimOS was designed, tested, and battle-hardened. Every feature ships because it had to work on a real ICH claim first.

Founder, claimOS · Owner, Insurance Claim Hero

I was tired of paying for ten different softwares that didn't integrate. Every claim lived in pieces across four inboxes and three apps. So I built claimOS — one platform, one login, built by public adjusters who actually run claims.

What running every claim on claimOS actually looks like

Every claim — not just some claims

Every new loss that comes into Insurance Claim Hero gets opened in claimOS first. Intake, property record, date of loss, policy details, and carrier all live on one record before a PA ever steps on the roof.

The field runs paperless

ICH adjusters inspect on the iOS app — photos, notes, damage categorization, and structured inspection checklists are captured in the field and synced directly to the claim record. No paper, no separate photo app, no re-entry back at the office.

Weather evidence on every roof claim

For every storm-related claim, claimOS pulls the nine federal weather sources (NOAA, NEXRAD, SPC and others) automatically matched to the property address and date of loss. When a carrier pushes back, ICH has the evidence attached to the claim in seconds, not days of research.

Copilot drafts the demand letter

Once the file is built out, Copilot reads the whole claim — inspection notes, photos, estimates, correspondence — and drafts the demand letter with citations back to specific evidence. ICH PAs review and edit, but they aren't starting from a blank page anymore.

Onboarding a new adjuster

ICH brings on new adjusters without a training workshop. The guided intake flow and the iOS app are the training.

  • Day 1 — new adjuster creates their first claim using the guided intake flow, no training session required.
  • Week 1 — they're running active claims end-to-end. The iOS app replaces the field binder.
  • Week 2+ — they're using Copilot to draft demand letters and scope analyses against carrier estimates.
  • No consultants, no custom training programs, no implementation fees.

Why first-party proof matters

Most claims software is built by software people who haven't had to get a carrier to pay. claimOS is built inside a working PA firm. A feature doesn't ship until an ICH adjuster has used it on a real claim and signed off that it saves them time.

The flip side is honesty: we don't have a long logo parade of third-party customer case studies yet. What we do have is a firm that trusts its own revenue to this platform every single day.
